Chia Seeds - benefits for cyclists (as well as anyone else)
OK, I'm starting this project with my fall-back, all-in-one, super food, used by the Aztecs, and the present-day Tarahumara; chia seeds.
These amazing little guys, the size of fleas, are packed with so much nutrition, that you could survive on them alone!
I know, the chia pet craze every Christmas season is all one thinks about when the word is voiced, but a re-thinking about this seed from the salvia hispanica plant could boost your cycling performance!
